Terms and conditions

PropertyFlow is rental accounting and condominio administration software. The application is served at app.propertyflow.pro; this site (propertyflow.pro) is the informational site.

There is no self-serve signup. Each account is set up through a demo and a hands-on onboarding process.

Vacation rentals are billed per active property per month; condominiums per building per month, based on the number of units. The first month is free on every property or building.

Prices are billed in US dollars (USD), with an approximate peso equivalent shown for reference. Billing runs through Stripe.

The information you upload belongs to you. You can export it to CSV at any time. The handling of personal data is described in the privacy notice.

You agree to use the service in accordance with the law and not to upload information you are not authorized to hold.

We work to keep the service available and the data backed up, but the service is provided "as is," with no warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Liability limits will be set in the final version, under legal review.

We may update the service and these terms. We'll post changes on this page.

These terms will be governed by applicable Mexican law; the specific jurisdiction will be confirmed in the legal review.
