Data controller
The controller of your data is PropertyFlow (propertyflow.pro). For any privacy matter, write to accounts@propertyflow.pro.
The controller's legal name and address will be confirmed in the legal review.
What data we process
From those who request a demo: name, email, and WhatsApp or phone, plus whatever they write to us.
From service customers: their account information and accounting records (properties, buildings, owners, transactions, receipts, and documents they upload).
How we use it
To handle your demo request and get in touch; to provide and operate the service; and to bill the subscription.
Who we share it with
We rely on providers that act as processors and handle data on our behalf: Supabase (database and storage on AWS infrastructure), Stripe (billing), and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell your data.
Where it's stored and how it's protected
Data is hosted on Supabase (Postgres on AWS), with per-company row-level security — each owner sees only their own units and accounts — and automatic daily backups by the hosting platform.
Retention and portability
Customer data belongs to the client. You can export it to CSV at any time, including if you decide to leave PropertyFlow.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or objection regarding your personal data, and withdraw consent, by writing to accounts@propertyflow.pro.
