Prices are billed in US dollars (USD), the billed currency, and we show the approximate peso equivalent. Your bookkeeping, by contrast, is peso-native: your transactions, fees, and statements are kept in pesos.

You're billed in US dollars (USD), the billed currency, and we show the approximate peso equivalent. Your bookkeeping inside PropertyFlow is peso-native: it's kept in pesos.
Is the first month really free?
Yes. The first month is free on every property and every building.
How are vacation rentals billed?
Per active property per month, with a volume discount: the more properties you manage, the less each one costs.
How are condominiums billed?
Per building per month, based on the number of units. For buildings of 31 units or more we prepare a custom quote.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Your data is yours and you can export it to CSV whenever you like. To adjust or cancel your plan, write to us and we'll sort it out with you.
How is billing handled?
Billing runs through Stripe. There's no self-serve signup: each account is set up with a demo and hands-on onboarding.
