Story

It started with a spreadsheet and too many late nights.

PropertyFlow didn't come out of a boardroom. It came from watching someone real drown in receipts and owner statements in the Riviera Maya.

The problem in front of us

An administrator in the Riviera Maya kept the books for several owners in a single spreadsheet. Receipts arrived by WhatsApp, in pesos and in two languages, and every month-end turned into nights of rebuilding figures and answering the same question: where did the money go?

What we built

We built a tool that does the tedious part: photograph a receipt and it files itself against the right property, keeps real books underneath, and produces owner statements an owner understands without a phone call. Peso-native, built for Mexican receipts and cash — not a US tool with a translate button.

What changed

With the books in order, the same person could serve twice as many customers with the same team, without lowering the level of attention. That result — more doors with the same staff — is what convinced us to open PropertyFlow to more administrators across the region.

Why local

We live the same context: pesos, paper receipts, remote owners who read in English. That's why PropertyFlow is built from the Riviera Maya, not from a feature checklist designed for another market.

[FOUNDER: name and photo pending confirmation]

The PropertyFlow team works from the Riviera Maya. If the founder wishes to appear by name and photo, that's decided in review.
