How it works
Refer
Share PropertyFlow with administrators, accountants, or owners you know.
They get set up with us
The customer starts with a demo and hands-on onboarding; there's no self-serve signup.
Earn credit
When the customer is billed, you accrue credit that's applied against your own charges.
What you earn
Commissions are credited against your PropertyFlow charges:
- Roughly $0.50 USD for each billable property you refer.
- About 8% of the billed HOA fees from condominiums you refer.
- The credit is applied against what you pay for PropertyFlow.
Figures are approximate and may be adjusted; they're confirmed when you join the program.
